Four steps from a request to real help
We check every story before anyone donates, and we pay the provider, not an anonymous account.
Request
A person in need — or someone on their behalf — describes the situation and attaches documents.
Check
We verify identity, documents and who gets paid, together with trusted local partners.
Campaign
The campaign goes public. Donors see every update and how much has been raised.
Direct payout
We pay the hospital, builder or supplier against an invoice and publish the receipt.
Help is not only money
On Sevap, people who need help meet people who can give it — as a donation, as professional advice, or as an afternoon of work.
I need help
For medical treatment, rebuilding a home after a disaster, education or an emergency. Applying is free.
- Describe your situation and what you need.
- Attach documents: medical reports, a quote, an invoice.
- Our team and a local partner check the story.
- The campaign is published and the money goes to the provider.

Where your donation goes
Sevap is a non-profit foundation. The fee covers running the platform; any surplus is never paid out to the founders.
- The platform fee is 5% and is shown before every payment.
- You can choose to cover the card cost, so the campaign receives the full 95%.
- Anything above a six-month reserve is donated onward every year.
- The annual report is public: raised, fees, costs and donated surplus.
The card cost is approximate and depends on the type of card.
Helping across the region

Frequently asked questions
Who is behind Sevap?
Sevap is being set up as a non-profit foundation (zavod) registered in Slovenia, an EU member state. The founder covers the start-up costs personally. Once registration is complete, the legal details will be published on this page.
Can I donate already?
Not yet. Payments open as soon as the foundation is registered and approved by our payment partners. Until then, you can see how everything will work.
How do you check campaigns?
We verify the identity of the organiser, the documents (medical reports, quotes, invoices) and who will be paid. In each country we work with trusted local partners who can confirm the story on the ground.
Why don't you pay the family directly?
Paying the hospital, builder or supplier against an invoice means donors know exactly what their money paid for. If that is not possible, we pay a verified recipient and publish proof.
How much does Sevap keep?
5% to run the platform, always shown before you pay. The card cost is separate and you can choose to cover it. Surplus above a six-month reserve is donated onward every year.
Do you publish campaigns for alternative or esoteric treatments?
No. We do not publish campaigns for fortune-telling, magic or treatments without a medical basis, nor political or religious campaigns.
